I have been sewing like a mad person and having a good time! I've decided to spend the summer indoors and it's not because I have AC (cause I don't) but because I have been constructing shoes, making wedding dresses and have been taken on funny day projects. I've been pulling out the pencils and my envelopes stuffed with paper as to not loose that touch. I'm also writing for grants and have been showing art around town (this gets me outta the house).
Classes will start soon, and then I'll get a new car or new boots to beat the snow. For the first time ever I have found myself sticking my head in the freezer as if it was normal. This sticky heat is brutal. Bring me cold minus the holidays.
